Agents Of Code Ltd (company number 16912254) is a UK software company and the operator of ExpiryScan, a digital service for tracking document expiries, reminders, owners, and renewal records.

Our supply chain is primarily made up of technology and business-service providers, including cloud infrastructure, software, communications, payments, analytics, professional services, and office or computing equipment.

Because our services are delivered digitally, we consider the risk of modern slavery in our direct operations to be lower than in labour-intensive industries. We recognize, however, that no supply chain is risk-free.

Potential risks may exist deeper in technology and service supply chains, including hardware manufacturing, data-centre operations, facilities services, and outsourced services, particularly where labour practices or recruitment arrangements are less transparent.

We take a proportionate, risk-based approach when selecting and reviewing suppliers. Where appropriate, we consider the nature and location of the services supplied, the use of subcontracted or temporary labour, and the supplier's publicly available labour and human rights commitments.

We may request further information where concerns arise. If a supplier cannot address a credible concern or meet the standards we expect, we may reconsider or end the relationship, taking account of the safest and most responsible outcome for any people affected.

Employees, contractors, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders can report a suspected modern slavery or human trafficking concern to support@expiryscan.com. Reports may be made in good faith without fear of retaliation.

We will assess concerns promptly and sensitively. Where a concern is substantiated, we will consider appropriate corrective action and seek to avoid responses that could cause further harm to affected people. We will cooperate with relevant authorities where required.

Responsibility for this approach sits with the leadership of Agents Of Code Ltd. People involved in purchasing or managing suppliers are expected to remain alert to warning signs and escalate concerns.

As our business and supply chain develop, we will keep the need for more formal training, supplier checks, contractual controls, and reporting measures under review.

We review the effectiveness of our approach by considering any concerns raised, supplier issues identified, actions taken, and changes in the nature or location of our supply chain.

We will continue to develop proportionate controls as the business grows and will review this statement at least annually or sooner if there is a material change to our operations or risk profile.
