Terms of Service

ExpiryScan is operated by Agents Of Code Ltd. In these Terms, “ExpiryScan,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Agents Of Code Ltd and the ExpiryScan service.

ExpiryScan provides tools for tracking document expiries, renewal owners, reminder schedules, and audit-ready renewal records.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the users you invite, and the way your organization relies on ExpiryScan outputs.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account or workspace.

You may not attempt to access another user's account, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the product, or use ExpiryScan for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

You retain ownership of the document, expiry, company, user, and workflow information you submit to ExpiryScan.

You give ExpiryScan permission to process that information as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Paid plans, trials, renewals, taxes, and cancellations are handled according to the plan terms shown at purchase or in your account billing area.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of ExpiryScan from time to time. We will try to give reasonable notice when a material change affects active customers.

We may suspend access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address payment or security issues.

ExpiryScan helps organize reminders and records, but it does not replace your organization's legal, compliance, operational, or professional judgment.

The service is provided without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every expiry, renewal, reminder, or compliance obligation will be detected or completed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpiryScan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for ExpiryScan during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
